ooching? What is ooching?

1. Round here we use "ooching" to mean

barely moving....a cutesy form of "inching".

In context:

"Yeah I saw his slimy ass ooochin on over here like we weren't gonna notice or something."

On edit, unless chucklenuts meant it differently, there was no context given by the metcalf guy, was there? But bush didn't make up ooching, I promise you that.
