"At the end of the day, Archives employees determined that that draft and all four or five other versions of the millennium memo had disappeared from the files, this source said."
Was it four or five? Sounds like you guys aren't even sure what you had, so how can you be so sure of what Berger did?

1. I STILL can't believe this is getting as much press as it's getting. |

After all the massive evidence of malfeaseance on the Bush Administration's part, after Cheney still refuses to release the details of his energy meetings, afterall the secrecy and lack of transparency, after F9/11, after evidence that DeLay, Bush, et al. were tied to Enron and Enron was responsible for California's energy shartage, after Cheney and Halliburton continue to profit from the toils of war......THIS is news?!?
Oh, that's right...a Dem did it. Silly me. I forgot that the GOP bought the media a few years ago.....Oops!
Is "The Amazing Race" on tonight?

2. I would think if someone |

goes to the Archives to research stuff from classified papers, he would have to request what he needs to do his research, it's logged out to him, he takes it to an area to do the research and has to check it all back in when he is done with it...just my guess.

with facts like that, maybe Berger "did or didn't" give them back.
And maybe Bush "is or isn't" actually the president.
