George Galloway cleared of appeal fund wrongdoing
wow, here's one that flew underneath our radar. talk about buried ...

Controversial Glasgow MP George Galloway has been cleared of any wrongdoing over an appeal fund he set up.

A year-long investigation by the Charity Commission found that money raised by the Mariam Appeal to help sick Iraqis was spent correctly.

But I'm still not sure what you're getting at - assuming the stories are still the same now as they were when you first posted. Is it that everyone uses 'cleared' in the headline except the Telegraph, which says 'criticised'? Are you really that surprised? I believe his libel suit against them is still going.

3. True. The CSM apologized a long time ago for lending credibility
to fake documents "found in Iraq by journalists...just laying around!" but I had not heard of this. Thanks.
