It happened today... You won't elieve the statements made there.

For example, when asked about the "GHOST DETAINEES": THEY DIDN'T FIND ANY. (non literal transcription): Question from Senator: You didn't? They do exist because they have been admited by the Pentagon...
No sir, we did not investigate them. Why not? It was not part of the investigation....

I cannot believe how brazen they are: AMAZING... THEY DON'T EXIST ANYMORE (which might be literaly true) but they have never existed because we don't talk about it or investigate their existence!!!!!!

3. You must listen to this segment. It is amazing. Starting at 1:10

They did not investigate the chain of command. Reed said it was unsatisfactory, because that was important. Reed referred to the ICRC report. Wagner said that the ICRC was classified. Reed said that it was on the web and he would refer to the portion on the web.
Then at 1:21 a repug said no person in the hierarchy would have approved that and he is in total agreement with the report that the inmediate chain command is as high as it goes!!!! And he hopes that they don't discourage the soldiers from doing what THEY NEED TO DO TO GET INFORMATION. My God!

7. I listened

It is amazing. Astonishing. Everything's fine because we made sure not to look into anything that anybody suggested wasn't fine. I just don't understand how these people can sit in Congress with a straight face. I would have to laugh out loud at the absurdity of it, a General with that chest full of decorations trying to pass that off as a serious investigation.
