He did it again. Why can't they hire a speech therapist for Bush? He can't he say EPIDEMIC. The applause from the Urban League was pathetic. The guy is an idiot. Why do Republicans keep making excuses for him? Why do they keep "enabling" him?

I think for correct grammar it should be said "global pandemic" - spanning the globe. I'm probably wrong tho!
