I have a theory. Tell me if you agree: If the situation is reversed this election (i.e. Bush wins the popular vote, but Kerry takes the Electoral Vote) the Electoral College will be abolished within two years, and Bush supporters will riot in the street about how unfair the election was.

1. I would agree - and we'll call them Sore Bushermans... |

I can recall Limpbaugh harping and harping in the 90's about how Clinton never won in 92 or 96 by a majority of the vote - only a plurality. Then Bush "wins" in 2000 with less votes than Gore - Limpbaugh got real quiet about that line of attack.

...but I don't expect the situation to be reversed.
I predict Kerry will win both.
Wonder what argument Bush supporters will make about that?
