Why do the media keep saying nobody knows who John Kerry is yet ?? |
|
I think they know as much about Kerry as they knew about George W Bush in 2000, for sure? Is it a subliminable message that says, "you don't know him...you can't vote for someone you "don't know"...And the Dems seem to go along with the theory?? And since no one knows him, the Bush regime can define him anyway they wish?? There is just something about that phrase that bothers me....

2. The Usual Totalitarian Reasons |

Why did the Soviets take it a step farther and create their Orwellian Unpersons?
And as to why the Dems go along, the better question is why are the Democrats of Imperial Amerika 2004 behaving almost identically to the German Social Democrats of 1933?
I sometimes wonder if it isn;t in the Liberal nature to take a beating from bullies.
At least, since the Fighting Liberals who won the battles of the 30s and 40s, beat the George W. Bush of that day in WWII and created a postwar egalitarian America that laid the foundation for the civil rights and environmental movements (certainly also Fighting Liberals, but those who seemed to turn their back on Fighting Back as they grew older), to name two.
Where are the Fighting Liberals now? Dead. And it seems like whenever I look their unworthy inheritors are cowering in fear or going along with any Bushevik who shakes a rhetorical fist at them.

I mean you'd have to be living under a freaking pile of rocks out in the desert to not know who John Kerry is by now....
wait, scratch that. When I was out in the middle of the desert recently, I used a chemical toilet that had bush vs. Kerry grafitti in it. Cracked me up, but very true. So yeah, even there, you'd at least know his name and that some guy named David from Louisiana likes Kerry better.

4. There was probably some poll taken back in December... |
|
which showed that people weren't familiar with Kerry. They're probably still referring to that poll.
