"ultimately, they are caught lying"
Full quote:
"And it seems to me that it's up to all of us to try to tell the truth, to say what we know, to say what we don't know, and recognize that we're dealing with people that are perfectly willing to lie to the world to attempt to further their case. And to the extent people lie, ultimately, they are caught lying and they lose their credibility, and one would think it wouldn't take very long for that to happen dealing with people like this."

Your starter for 10: Who said this?

6. We have a winner!
Quoted in "Control Room", apparently. The cool thing is that the BBC are going to broadcast the documentary in Britain next month.

8. Rumsfield is the ONLY
person I know who makes my head hurt when he talks. My face just screws up into this puzzled expression, and all I can muster is...Huh?

3. Donald Rumsfeld
Who else would say what we know and what we don't know and don't know what we do know and who knows what we know. But we can only hope he's right, "to the extent people lie, ultimately, they are caught lying and they lose their credibility, and one would think it wouldn't take very long for that to happen dealing with people like this."

10. This is why we have wars under republican rule
They have this unfortunate habit of projecting their own character flaws onto their perceived enemies so they can smote them for it.
