very excited and I plan to watch as much as possible. The lineeup is terrific even though I don't know the dates.

Dean
Reagan Jr.
Obama
Sharpton
Bill & Hillary
Kucinich (I think)

and there are plenty of others

3. There's an excitement in the air.....
Our "side" is preparing for the contest this fall. The amount of work we've done, and the progress made, is far more than the republicans thought possible. Remember, they thought the democrats would suffer from vicious infighting. But the party is united. More: a significant amount of "left-wing" people who do not identify themselves as "democrats" are solidly united in the effort to purge bush/cheney.

As an old man, who has seen many conventions in many cities, I'm proud to be even a tiny part of this one. Even as a spectator from far away, just knowing that I've contributed. This is the most important election in the county's history. What is occuring now in our nation is just as important -- perhaps slightly more -- than when the rebels signed the declaration of independence.

have the opportunity to meet our governor, who has consistently confounded the "conventional wisdom" every step of the way and is doing a such great job here in Arizona - Janet Napolitano!
