MSNBC's "John Kerry: Bringing the War Home" was GOOD |
|
Did anyone else see "Bringing the War Home," on late last night (midnight) on MSNBC? It was actually fair and factual, for a change -- quite a contrast to "Born to Run" on CNN, getting mixed reviews here (I contend it's a hitpiece).
The MSNBC piece focused only on Kerry's post-war protests and work, and particularly revealed Nixon's intent to stop him (by recruiting John O'Neill).
If you haven't see it, I'd recommend it. It may be old, I'm not sure; but no doubt it'll be re-run this week. (Candy Crowley ought to watch it.)

I usually write when I'm mad about something, but figured it couldn't hurt to give them some positive feedback for a change.

I had no idea that Colson was so involved.
You know, I much prefer MSNBC to CNN during the day. They don't have any anchors that make me want to hurl my television through a window, whereas almost all of the CNN clowns make my head explode. MSNBC's nighttime programming flips a little on the Republican side, but I've found most of their political coverage this year to be far more balanced than CNN.
