Update on the Boston parachutist mystery

BOSTON -- State police are still investigating reports that parachutists landed near the FleetCenter Sunday night, but there is little information about what may have been only a security drill.

The FleetCenter is the site of the Democratic National Convention, which begins Monday night.

NewsCenter 5's Gail Huff reported that military police called in reports just after midnight that two parachutists had landed in the yard of the Charles River Park condominium complex. Additional reports indicated there were also parachutists on the top of the Tip O'Neill Federal Building located next door to the FleetCenter.

Before police helicopters arrived, officers on the ground covered the area, sending officers to the roofs of the buildings. SWAT teams went to the top of the federal building. All available state and local officers responded, some with K9 units. Nothing was found and state police said no one was arrested.

i just received an emaiL concerning: a ridicuLous cLaim that bush was a secret agent type man and hence, his records were destroyed to protect his covert operations.

i Laughed it off as ridicuLous, but it's in the newest edition of a certain mag named GQ.

here's a portion of the heads up i got -

"I just received the latest edition of GQ and there is an article in there that claims Shrub was serving in the Air Force as a NOC when he was suppose to be in Alabama. The article claims that this is why his records were destroyed and the news of this can not come out because it is very highly classified.

An unidentified White House staffer claims to know about this as well (I thought is was classified) and that this information can never get out but if it did then it would trump Kerry's service record.

You might remember he made a 13.000 foot jump for his 80th birthday on June 13th over his presidential library. Because his head is full of air he was lost in the stratosphere for over a month.

There (in Heaven) he hoped to meet The Gipper and ask for some advice for his boy's campaign. Needless to say The Gipper is nowhere to be found that high in the skies but most certainly in Hell which is somewhere in the middle of Mother Earth (note to poppy - Yes, Poppy, Earth is not flat).

St. Peter told poppy Bush he will send him back to Earth to meet the next president and being the fool he is Poppy thought he will land in Crawford, Texas to meet his stupid son.

Instead he landed on the roof of Fleet Center where he was greeted by the republican truth squad.

How is that for a story? :)
