It's related to a virus that is running around on the net. This is the first time I have ever seen Google go down.

6. Interesting that Google goes down after announcing IPO price.

This morning on cable news, they showed someone Googling "Google" to find the opening price of the stock as Google goes public with an Initial Public Offering.

I'll bet so many people are Googling Google that they're overloaded.
