7. He's been looking a bit buzzed to me lately

I grew up around drunks and even married one briefly. I can usually spot an alcoholic, on or off the wagon, pretty quickly.

Bush has been looking a lot like someone who is off of the wagon. The sweats, the red eyes, the rambling sentences. Pity.

Someone should tell him to just stay in his chair and watch tv.
