who dare to present a case to a jury.
It's possbile that neither of them will appear before juries, unlike many prosecutors, criminal and civil defense attorneys, and plaintiff attornerys.

some time back, a writer (maybe it was Molly Ivins) commented that the Bush family and its offspring rarely go into public servant type jobs: doctors, lawyers, etc.
