Drudge allegedly snagged parts of the Clintons' speeches

I'm watching MSNBC (CNN totally turned me off). Just finished showing Carter.

But I went over to the evil Drudge site and saw this:

Wondering if this is all bullshit, or did he snag a copy of the speeches.

Should I believe this?
