President Bush fell off his mountain bike today and landed on his gluteal tissues... It took paramedics several minutes to extricate Rush Limbaugh's nose from the orifice. Limbaugh was rushed to the local emergency room where his nose was treated for abrasions, a sprain and several large "impactions" (doctors would not speculate on the nature of the foreign material found, save to say it was not normal residue found in noses).

Limbaugh was sent home to rest and recuperate. President Bush is also resting, but not as comfortable. "I miss it," he said of Limbaugh's nose injury, "I feel... you know... sort of... empty without it there. I hope he gets well soon!"

We have not yet tracked down the romur that several right wing commentators have deluged the White House with offers to replace Limbaugh's proboscis with one selected from among them!

What I do not understand is why Rush Limbaugh has not been arrested for buying prescription drugs illegally? Is he ever going to have to go to court. If he plea bargains he will still be a felon. He will never be able to vote again.

Now wouldn't that be IRONIC? Now THAT'S funny.
