I just read something about FAUX...
I was watching CSPAN coverage during the 9-11 memorial at the DNC. I didn't realize until I read a webblog that Faux was the only news channel that talked over during the 9-11 memorial and the national anthem.

Fox News Judgment
(Note: this entry posted by Bob Harris)

Well, that didn't take long...

President Jimmy Carter's "we cannot lead if our leaders mislead" speech was suddenly interrupted halfway through, just as he was getting to how the Bush administration's amorality has shattered American credibility.

Sean Hannity talking to William Bennett -- on the subject of morality, of course -- is obviously much more newsworthy.

UPDATE: Unlike the other nets giving the convention live coverage -- CNN, MSNBC, and PBS that I've been watching here -- Fox also talked through the national anthem.

Worse -- I can't believe my eyes -- unlike all of the above, plus ABC, CBS, and NBC, Fox actually talked over the Democrats' solemn remembrance of 9-11.

Because we all know that only Republicans have any right to remember 9-11.

Beneath contempt. Absolutely beneath contempt.

7. Faux News?
I`ll never, ever click on their station. Never once. Period. Why should I listen to their biased crap when I can tune into stations like C-Span and watch the convention uninterrupted and without useless commentary?

One of our problems is that we`ve let Faux get under our skin. They don`t deserve our time, our attention, our energy. We have better things to do.

8. 9-11 is an official trademark of the Republican party
just like the flag, the national anthem, and patriotism itself

didn't you know that?

9. I think I shall write an editorial about this.
This is vulgar, hypocritical, and INFURIATING. How DARE that slime at FAUX get on there and pontificate and posture, and then have the AUDACITY to talk over the national anthem and a 9/11/2001 rememberance. They need to be called on the carpet, ESPECIALLY by their base, who consider themselves "love it or leave it" patriots.
