Anyone hear Judy Woodruff Interview Kerry Campaign Mngr?

I am at work and was walking by the TV to stop and watch.

That was the most amazing 5 minutes I have ever seen? Supposedly, Woodruf interviewed some Republican before.

Does anyone know the tone of that interview?

Woodruff was embarassing simply repeating RNC talking points. Cahill's responses were canned unfortunately.

she was incredibly and embarrassingly dogged in her efforts to get a labor leader to say something - anything - negative about Kerry.

3. I heard it and could not believe she admitted

That the media was a part of getting out the RNC message of John Kerry being a flip-flopper and too liberal. Just once, I want someone to turn to these "journalists" and ask them to define liberal. It really would make my day.

Sometimes I get the impression that cable news is trying to evaluate their ability to sway peoples minds.
Tweety was having way to good a time last night being just plain silly. Bouncing off the walls. It's hard to be offended with what he says and does when he's on the tube destroying his own credibility.

reason i have no idea but why would they be so transparent. i mean this stuff is as serious as it gets.

4. CNN is apparently still trying to be Fox News

I wish they'd wake up and notice that all of the brainwashed Republican eyes have already gone over to Fox News and they're probably not coming back. The viewers still watching are the ones who just want the news without the GOP crap, but CNN is doing their best to alienate all of these people as well.

Me: Well, the people who are saying that are the Bush campaign, and I think a more appropriate question would be, why are you repeating it as if it were an non-partisan, journalistic inquiry, and will you allow us to script the questions for your next interview with Marc Racicot?

and I think one reason is that they don't have to work anymore--repiggies provide script for reporters to follow and they get their paychecks just the same as if they'd actually done some honest reporting.

She evidentally interviewed some Republican before interviewing Cahill…I want to look at the questions asked of that person.

We need to respond forcefully to the “flip flopping and “Liberal” comments. Anyone can whack Woodruff down, but Cahill just repeated canned response, which in the least keeps her out of trouble.

Dems are playing defense right now and I am not a big fan of this. We need to call the ball on some of this crap.
