Dem platform regarding Iraq

What does the Party platform say about Iraq? Does it endorse an exit strategy? (Has Kerry himself proposed an exit strategy?) I read that 95% of the delegates are against the war, but do not know how this is reflected in the party platform.

3. I actually found a link to the platform

It is posted as a PDF file on the Washington Post site. It was very interesting reading. It reminded me a bit of the Vietnam War. Solution: We need to "win" the war, with more troops, from more countries, to create a stable democracy in Iraq.

Going forward, it sounds like the Bush policy to me, but with an optimism that we can get France and Germany to send troops. I just don't know.
