so rarely seen at previous conventions. i cannot remember ever seeing real americans presented so prominently in the proceedings.

One of the reasons I've been crying off and on all evening is just the sheer number of ordinary people who are being represented at this convention. Voices famous and ordinary, all in unison.
The two young American Indians singing the national anthem in their tribal language via satellite did me in again. That was so beautiful, and it spoke volumes.
What a contrast to the repugs. I am so happy to see the Dems going back to their roots as the true party of the People. Let's keep the fire under their asses.
