Tonight we got a glimspe of a very bright future: Obama and Teresa is it.

I am so proud to be a democrat today, I am so proud that I have people in my party that inspire me to hope for something more and make me believe that doing the work is worth it.

Obama will be our first black president, he is our MLK he is a voice of the future. He gives ideas and the means to achieve them. They were calling him the Tiger Woods of the democratic party and I believe it. We deserve someone like Obama on our side and thank god that we finally have him.

Teresa will be first lady with style and grace and dignity. She has a love for her fellow man that exudes from within. When she talked about those women that are beaten and oppressed I felt hope for the first time that we might finally help them. I love her b/c of her speech tonight, she reached me and will work hard for her and Kerry.

This is what I want from my politicians, I want them to inspire me to make the world a better place, and I want them to remind me that it is very possible to change things.

I thought that tonight was even better than yesterday. Yesterday we were reminded of our past, tonight we got a glimpse of our future and I can not wait.

A single lantern can dispell the darkness- Ghandi

And Teresa is terrific. Now if we could only get the candidates' wives to debate. Can you imagine blank-faced robotic Laura going against Teresa H-K? They'd have to double Laura's meds for a month.

The only thing better would be a tag-team.

3. Democratic Party Lives!!
and Obama has reminded everyone what the party is all about - terrific speech!
Teresa was great too - how wonderful to see a political spouse who is not a Stepford Wife.

What a great evening
