F-ing disgusting

Sat there and made it seem as if only the Dems were the ones to take any money at all from "special interests" without saying who those "interests" might be. Fucking corporate whores piss me off to no end. Arrrgggg.

1. Is that really a picture of Limbaugh?
Any idea how old the freak was?

2. Maybe I missed it but I am not sure to what you refer
I caught the the story as it came up and may have missed the oxyrush part. It just makes me so freakin' crazy that it has become "common knowledge" that the media is liberal.
Peace.

5. I saw that and I agree with you..

I can agree the the Dems are rolling over to the special interests, but why not cover the other side as well? They showed Nany Pelosi at a AOL Time Warner banquet and the Clintons at a banquet with the Schusters....

6. The media does what the media does
to expect them to do any different is irrational. That is not to say we don't get mad about it and try to do something, but they will do what makes sense to them. Our job is to change that.

7. Let's keep an eye on them during the Republican coverage...
And watch for bias. Because they did this two days in a row and it seems rather strange....

8. They will
ABC did the same thing at the last two sets of conventions. They always try to get into the secret, private parties, and they always get thrown out. This is one of the reasons that I'm a liberal independent, and not a Democrat. While the Republicans are 100 times worse, the Dems still suck up to corporations and rich individuals WAY too much to suit me.

ABC will do the same coverage at the Republican convention. At least they always have before. I like ABC -- Peter Jennings really dislikes Bush. I've seen him practically roll his eyes after reporting on stupid things Bush does or says.

11. I like Peter Jennings also...
But you can only blame the Politicians soo much. Things like campaigning, traveling, advertising, mortagage requires money. The salary a of a Senator would simply not pay for such things. We as citizens are to take some of the blame as we don't not fund political campaigns with our money. The politicians will get their money either directly or indirectly and this year I have learnt that it is better that they get their money directly. If more Americans on both sides would join and pitch in money, then we wouldn't have to complain about such things....

14. I believe that they will also.
I will only watch the evening news to get coverage of the Rethug Convention because they are fair.

9. abc definitely seems to be out to crush the dem message this
week... I had hoped they would have real coverage...but they seem to truly want bush/hitler to remain in power.

10. Nightline
last night was horrible. They didn't have a good thing to say about anything. Ron Reagan was only up there to piss off Repubs, he would be used and then thrown out. Dems want to win badly and are pulling this fake unity thing. Even showed clips of nice Al Gore at the convention next to bad Al Gore a couple months ago ripping Bush. Why is it bad when Dems and women (Hillary) want to win, but OK when Repubs and men (everybody else) want to win?

12. I saw that and I was furious.
We need to call them and tell them we expect them to hold the Rethugs to the same standards. Not that they will listen.
