Is there a difference in fighting "terrorists" and fighting "terrorism" ? |

Just words, we know. "Terrorists" are individuals. They can be identified and defeated. They can be tracked down and killed or be captured.
However, "terrorism" is in the mind. It can be as large or as small as our fears. It is not identifiable nor can it be defeated.
It is only words, but they are not the same. There is a world of difference. Beware of those people that recruit you to fight the "war on terrorism"...

or killing anyone you want to label as a terrorist kind of like the term communist during the cold war. It really fuels hate to pin labels on people, who are probably innocent of any wrongdoing.
