4. I have to admit it. I went onto his site today.

Click-throughs are analogous to reader reply cards or phone calls referring to a specific ad campaign, and so usually yield a small kickback to the Hosting site in addition to the basic ad rate.

Whether you have an ad blocker or graphics turned off doesn't get factored into the page view calculation, since the number is so small as to be irrelevant.
