What the HELL is he going to talk about? The guy can't get excited because of his bad ticker and his entire speech will be delivered in that weird, sinister "Cheney" voice. He's going to ramble on for 30 minutes about terror and fear causing millions of little children to run out of the living room screaming in horror. It's gonna be one to tape, trust me. Possibly the final nail in the coffin.
