I hope Kerry does great things, but I do not wish for a horrible event to make him one of the top 5

I doubt in the top 5 of all time because, but I'll give anywhwre from 5-15. I think he'll be the best president we've had in a while though, yes I think better than Clinton.

I don't think Kerry will be a success, unless he has a Democratic Congress.
