In this story entitled "Doctors Group to Withdraw From Afghanistan," Ms. Gall refers to Médécins Sans Frontières without mentioning that this is the group commonly known in the English-speaking world as "Doctors Without Borders". It should be a no-brainer to translate this for a predominantly English-only speaking audience... Unless you're ignorant of the connection yourself or... you want the public to assume this is just some "French" group that got weak knees.
