What do you expect from General Wes Clark's speech tonight ?? |
|
He has been known to stick it to Bush pretty good... Will he talk mostly about security issues and how Bush has screwed it up or will he also talk about economy and other issues? He has a way of cutting thru the bullshit and is very intelligent. I am looking forward to his speech.

And I expect it to be awesome, like all his speeches. Mostly security stuff I bet.. probably trumping up JFK's military service etc.

2. I hope the General focuses on military and security issues |
|
and slams the repubs on their treatment of our soldiers and veterans, the mess in the middle east, the torture of prisoners, the joke that is homeland security, etc.
I'm looking forward to his speech. Which reminds me, I have to go look up what time he's on!

mean Kerry has a big job waiting for him in January??

10. Thanks, kaity! I've heard the Sec'y of State role |
|
is more substantial than that of vice-president. Clark would do a heck of a lot better job than Colin Powell.

But right after he will be bashed as anti-American and talking heads will question the legitimacy of his stars and suggest he didn't really gradudate #1 from West Point.

11. He's always defended Michael Moore |
|
I supported him in the primaries and I think he would be an excellent choice for Secretary of State.
