I just went to pay my rent

and while I was walking back from the office I ran across a girl and a guy walking behind me. This is basically what I overheard:

guy: "...well he was kind of a jerk but he was a pretty good president. I mean we had a good economy and not many wars and we're well liked throughout the world. but then Bush came and screwed everything up."

girl: "oh yeah he did. He just destroyed the economy, he sent us to war for stupid-ass reasons, he pissed off the whole world..."

when i got to my apartment i turned around, gave them a thumps up and said "you rock!". they smiled back.

3. I try to do it early

I pay mostly in cash and they only accept cash on days they're going to the bank, so i pay fairly early to make sure it gets in.
