CNN's meme: You can't be 'comfortable' being a Democrat

I was just going through yesterday's CNN transcripts. Blitzer and Whoreduff kept asking so-called 'moderate' dems how they could stand to be in the Democratic party. Here's some examples.

"BLITZER: You often have been on the side of the Democratic Party, that's not necessarily mainstream from the Democrats, more liberal. You are much more moderate. *Do you still feel comfortable as a Democrat?*

BREAUX: I think it is a good balance on the ticket. We have someone from the Northeast. We have someone from the South."

"WOODRUFF: Senator Lieberman, *do you feel at home in this Democratic Party?* You support the war. Most of the vast majority of these delegates did not support the war.

LIEBERMAN: Yes, I feel totally comfortable. First, on a very personal basis, I've been through a lot with these folks. "

Here's Whoreduff playing the Hollywood card using ominous tones.

Then there's Bill Schneider saying over and over again that the Democratic party is "a party of doves." How opposing an unwise and unnecessary war makes you dove is beyond me - I think the term should be 'smart hawks'.

One's that live in the past...way WAY in the past and the ones looking to move forward to better days.

Whats happening in this country is what normally happens when we lose sight of where we need to go and the right ways to get there. When you have the wrong person steering you will get to a destination but will it be the right one?...will it be the better for ALL American's even the ones that are kicking and screaming all the while the journey is going on?

It depends on who is in control...we have in the past three and a half years see what happens when George Bush has control of the wheel.

I just hope its not too late for us to turn back and fix those mistakes he has asked us to all be a part....

What they don't realize is that everyday more and more people are turning them off. These days, it seems everyone is getting their information from the internet, except for the talking airheads and the loyalist Bu$hbots. They are so out of touch that really have no clue about reality anymore.
