Conyers on KPFA radio saying post-election impeachment
is a possibility!

There's a way to do it. This congress is un-impeachable, but if the balance changes, it's very possible that * could be impeached after Kerry is in office!

1. seems sorta pointless-
the only thing the Senate can do to a President is remove him from office. If he's already out of office, why bother?

12. huzzah! me too. It's the one place I worry about skull n bonz
being in the way of this, but maybe there's really nothing to that, and if we take control of congress or the senate or whatever the heck you need to do this post-election review of the previous administration that Conyers was talking about, let's hope for it!!!

15. It sends a message...like capital punishment devotees say.
The next cabal that tries to wrest freedom and trash our Constitution may think twice about it.

3. I don't think so
There is not enough time from when Congress takes over to the Presidential inauguration.

8. No, he's saying there's a process to look back at past admins
and STILL impeach them. I've forgotten the term he used for it, but he sits on the Judiciary committee (he is Rep from Michigan) and said he was talking to Kucinich about it today.

He should be punished for the 16,000 people he has killed unnecessarily and, or course, illegally.
