Every cable news network has negative coverage.
I'm just flipping and flipping and flipping through the channels. It sounds like a festival of hatriotism.

Is this what "objective" and "liberal" media does?

6. Don't listen to Limbaugh, don't watch cable news networks.
It's as simple as that. The world is full of decent places to get some news. If you need to see if the world has ended, turn on the radio on the hour. The nightly news on any of the three networds is still the best 30 minutes of TV news. McNeil-Lehrer is still the best 60. For 24/7 coverage, go to C-SPAN. It's less entertaining, and you won't ever find out whether Kobe Bryant killed Scott Peterson, but you'll learn more there.

You wouldn't listen to Clear Channel's talk lineup, would you? So just don't listen to these guys. Write them a quick (3 lines) letter, tell them they've become too biased, and that you've given up. Then just don't watch it.

11. You are so right
In NYC on 9/11 you could walk up the street and listen to local 1010 WINS News Radio - everyone tuned in to 1010 WINS. Same thing when we had the blackout. I walked down 28 flights, and on the plaza, a guy with a pickup was playing 1010 WINS for everybody who had gathered around.

7. Curious.
C-Span coverage was quite good. Oddly enough, I found no need for the Republican Corporate media to translate the speeches. :-)
