1. he's the odds-on favorite, I think
David Boies would be my other choice. Make Spitzer AG and Boies Solicitor-General and I'll be quite happy.

6. David Boies
is considered one of the best lawyers in the country. He prosecuted the government's case against Microsoft under Clinton and won. He represented Al Gore in the Supreme Court and lost. But his arguments were flawless - the court was just corrupt.

was wondering who our third pick would be for AG if Edwards or Spitzer who I am told, the people of New York wants to run for governor.

It seems to me he's filling his resume .

We need a tiger. People want to see corporate heads roll and fear in
the CEO's eyes.

Then again, what do I know.
