Does anyone have info on Bush's military application?

Last night, I was listening to the John Bachelor radio show on ABC radio around mid-night.

A guest said that there is a report about the applications for service by both Kerry and Bush.

He said there is a question in the application that asks if you request combat. Reportedly, on Kerry's application he marked the box, indicating yes.

On the Bush application, the box is unmarked. He was stressing that this is a telling point in the character of the two men. I agree.

This is new information, does anybody know about this at DU.
