She has that annoying 'baby' voice that women often use. What does it say about Bush that his spokeswoman talks like a helpless little girl?

I just hate it when women speak that way. It is completely unnatural and used primarily to elicit quick sympathy (mostly from men, of course).

Either way, it tells me that the Bush camoaign is using her to appeal to men in a base way.

She seemed too robotic and a bit dense.

Looked like she was reading off a teleprompter. Not speaking, but reading.

And it was the same old talking points.

A better example was on before. John Kerry's brother, Cam, struck me as very intelligent and confident. I loved when he was shown video of Bush anti-Kerry jab, and he said his brother extended the olive branch, and it seemed they got their answer.

I think that resonated more than some airhead reading a talking points script.

5. She grates on me. They are hitting that $87B supplemental bill hard,

saying "Kerry and Edwards voted against body armor for the troops" plus negative points about Kerry.

They (Bush*) need to go positive according to Wm Kristol. He said on TV that Bush* should talk about his achievements and not attack or argue with Kerry on costs of programs, etc. Har ittee har har har.
