A Day in the Life of Joe Republican - from Straight Talk radio
Wendy Wilde is the host of Straight Talk radio and read this on the air Friday:

A Day In The Life of Joe Republican

Joe gets up at 6:00am to prepare his morning coffee. He fills his pot full of good clean drinking water because some liberal fought for minimum water quality standards.

He takes his daily medication with his first swallow of coffee. His medications are safe to take because some liberal fought to insure their safety and work as advertised.

All but $10.00 of his medications are paid for by his employers medical plan because some liberal union workers fought their employers for paid medical insurance, now Joe gets it too because his employer needs to offer competitive benefits to hire the best people.

Joe prepares his morning breakfast, bacon and eggs this day. Joe's bacon is safe to eat because some liberal fought for laws to regulate the meat packing industry.

. . .

Joe proceeds through the rest of his day - read it here

10. This is so true. My hard core Republican brother gets laid off every year
and sucks off the public teat every winter until he's rehired in the spring. Rants endlessly about the welfare queens.

14. Here's a link off that same link....
....that I thought was just as good.

http://www.smirkingchimp.com/print.php?sid=17229

It quantified what I had been arguing since I heard that BushCo had used up a huge portion of their campaign monies without moving Kerry's poll numbers. He took his best, and perhaps his only, shot, spent huge amounts of money, all that and he couldn't really make a dent in Kerry's numbers.

As this link makes the point, Kerry still has the opportunity to make his point and improve his numbers. Everyone knows what Bush is about and the only thing that his numbers can do, barring some great upheaval of some sort, is go down.

I've been telling anyone that will listen, that this is Kerry's election. I've never been wrong, but then again, I've never made this prediction post 9/11.
