More CNN Breaking Snooze: Kerry Give Hamster Mouth-To-Mouth

Yep...just saw a report "investigating" Alexa (I think it was her) Kerry's story about John fishing the hamster out of the water. She joked about him reviving the hamster and joked that she wouldn't comment about the mouth-to-mouth but the hamster wasn't the same after that.

Of course the story got a lot of laughs at the Convention, but leave it to CNN to find an angle here to be "investigated" by ace "reporter" Jeanie Moos.

Usually I'd laugh off a time-filler like this, except when I heard her tell that story, the worse spirits within me could tell this was going to come back in some perverted, GOOP form...and here it is.

Now will CNN do an investigation during the Repugnican "convention" to do a report on Bunnypants and his kind treatment to frogs?

This is different. I, and it appears others, suspected this story would be taken and perverted, and here it is. And it's in a dangerous, subtle form.

If you had seen the report, you got a really uneasy feeling watching it and the topic matter shown. Funny? No, it showed a clip of Eddie Murphy attempting to do the same to a rat in a movie and the comparison was then made to Kerry.

Are you saying that doesn't smell strange? If not, I'd suggest you read Wilson Key & Marshall McLuan.

I have to tell you that I never expected to be in this position. Eight years ago, when I completed my years as secretary of defense, I loaded a U-Haul truck and drove home to Wyoming. I didn't plan on a return to public office. Lynne and I settled into a new private life. There was time for fishing and grandchildren, and we were content. But now I am glad to be back in the arena, and let me tell you why.

I remember hearing this in 2000; I thought it was the most implausible thing ever - the multi-millionaire Secretary of Defense needs to move out of DC, and he rents a U-Haul? Bullshit. 14. Same spin cycle as yesterday.

They produced 1 hour of ignoring Kerry stories yesterday for Paula Zahn, and this was one of them. And it looks like they cut up those pieces and are playing them on CNN live. I just heard the one about "red meat" again.

What else is funny s that the vet concurrs that it is possible to give mouth to mouth to a hamster. Nice try CNN, but I guess Kerry's daughter didn't lie.

They won't let one iota of Kerry's messag be heard.
