I just saw a new "W" sticker on a late model Cadillac

It was a tiny little sticker that said W/04.

It took me a second to figure out what it was. Then I started laughing. They don't dare put Cheney's name on the bumper stickers anymore! No more "Bush/Cheney in 2004."

No, they're reduced to begging their supporters to put this little tiny wussy "W/04" in a little corner of their bumper. It fit right next to the license plate.

Guy who was driving was wearing a big faux cowboy hat. Had a big bleached-blonde sitting next to him.

5. I've been seeing them a lot the last week in Texas.

I live in the D/FW metro and have seen several, all of them on Mercedes or really nice (Cadillac or Hummer) SUV's. One on a really nice red pickup! I gave all of them the finger. :evilgrin:

but I saw one of those W stickers on an ancient Ford Escort the other day. It made me feel very sorry for the poor deluded fool driving the car--they honestly believe that * cares about them!

12. Anyone remember those fantastic "ATED" stickers after Selection 2000?

They represented a unique approach to peaceful resistance. :-)

The idea was, you grabbed these blue, appropriately-fonted "ATED" stickers, and when you saw a "BUSH/CHENEY 2000" sticker on a car, you pasted the "ATED" part over the "NEY" part in Cheney.

Net result? That car is now sporting a BUSH/CHEATED 2000 sticker.

Evil, yes. Peaceful and funny? Absolutely.
