The Illinois GOP are F*ing morons |

I'm sorry. How sad can this party be?
I'm aware that they're going through hard times - lots of state parties do, that's nothing to mock them for. Moreover, I understand that WHOEVER they nominate for the Senate seat at this point is going to lose to Obama.
In the words of Peter Fitzgerald, the nomination at this point is like "a cancer transplant."
Even so, you would think the Ill. GOP would have the sense to nominate someone pro-choice and moderate. Isn't their goal to pull a respectable showing. Isn't the hope to have a candidate who can useu the name recognition for a future run? Don't they want a candidate with a future? So why the hell are ALL their candidates pro-life Conservatives?

2. Just a thought ..but I think we should characterize the repukes |
|
as anti-choice instead of pro life ..because they really aren't pro life.
And my thought on the Illinois repubs is that they really should find someone to run against Obama because I want People to get out and vote for Obama. I wish I could myself..maybe someday.

They tried to draft former Bear defensive back, Dave Duerson to run. On the sports figures who are dems thread I learned he turned em down because he's a Dem and has endorsed Obama.
What a bunch of morans!
