Bush may not be intelligent in the normal sense, but he has an
animal instinct for the weaknesses of human beings and with the help of Rove-Rumsfeld-Cheney he exploits them to the full extent.Because he is a man who does not have any belief system,he ignores all the constraints that normal people have thrust on themselves. His privileged life has given him a sense of entitlement, his proximity to power all his life and the obedience he has been able to extract has given him an innate sense of the power money and authority can bring, all the transgressions of his life that have been swept under for him have shown him that the normal rules will be waived for him,his so called charm lasting only until his target falls prey to his charm whereupon his contempt for that person manifests itself and he despises anyone that is weak, poor and unable to defend himself from his assaults both psychological and physical.

A look at what he has accomplished in the past three years tells the story. He has managed to transform the narrative of our political dialog from one of how best to use our productive forces to better our people's lives to one of making such an argument look positively unamerican. He has managed to convince a large number of americans that a nation which just about has a monopoly on the most lethal weapons mankind has ever devised feel like it is under threats by an insignificant country that has been practically bombed nonstop for twelve years and whose people have been reduced to starvation. He has emasculated our Congress to such an extent it has ceded its power on the purse and its warmaking powers to a man who evaded the call to service by every means at his disposal. He has coopted the entire press to tell the story his way.He has professed a faith that he obviously does not possess and by one means or another made people believe he is a man of faith. That pretense has effectively helped conceal his innate thirst for blood. He has effectively dismantled all opposition to his semiliterate policies on the economy, war, social policies and other items large and small.By using money, threats and blackmail he has instilled fear in his opponents.

This sad and at the same time mad catalog of his nefarious accomplishments has made a laughing stock of our nation in the world and its Constitution, once a beacon of hope for all, lies in tatters. Not a bad accomplishment for a man dismissed as lacking in any intellectual capability to assume the awesome office he now holds.
