Mr.Bush announced today that he is launching a new Affirmative

Action Program as part of his Compassionate Conservatism Action Plan.This Affirmative Action Plan would be different from the old Affirmative Action Plans developed by Democrats and Liberals.The new plan would be totally color blind, will be more effective and will be available only to those who show that they can benefit by the plan, thus cutting the costs.All qualified Americans will be eligible which conforms to our ideal of equal oppotunity for all.

As a first step, this Affirmative Action plan would only allow people with an income level above $250,000 per year.The children who enter colleges on this plan must show that the Colleges will receive donations that can be converted into endowments worth at least $1 million dollars,thus making taxpayer support unnecessary.To repair the age old prejudice against people of wealth,this plan would be the first step, Mr.Bush said while introducing this plan at the Ole Miss Henry Talmadge Center for Education of Southern Plantation Owners. Students who graduate from this program would automatically be considered for graduate work at Bob Jones University,Liberty University and other Colleges that uphold traditions of privilege and exclusion.

Mr.Bush, in explaining why he felt this program was important said" look, where would I be without a program that enabled me to get admission to Yale and Harvard and get a draft deferment on the basis of Affirmative Action Admission to the Texas Air National Guard?I want to make sure that every one in my predicament has an equal shot at getting the opportunities that I got by accident.It is just not the American way that other deserving students not have my opportunities.I believe it is time that rich children get the opportunities that they don't deserve.The blacks and other minorities have had their affirmative action programs for a long time.Now that Condi and Colin have got jobs, I say it is time that we reverse the process and send the black people back to the plantations from where they came.They don't pay any taxes any way, why give them the benefits,is what I say.If they don't like the plantation life, they can join the Army and go to Iraq.They don't even need their dads topull strings to get them into this.All the common people I talk to like Karl, Dick, Don, Paul all agree with me.Even Rev.Falwell, Pat Robertson and Jimmy Swaggart agree with me.I think this has the potential to revolutionize American education."
