Although it doesn't look like anything beyond what the brain-dead have been saying all day today anyway. My guess? Some super-lazy news framer has decided not to stay up (or home) to actually SEE the debate, is planning to tivo it and write the report when he or she wakes up (or sobers up) and was getting a head start on the boilerplate.

OR.. they were given the boilerplate ahead of time.
