You CANNOT win a war on terror.
Neither Bush nor even Kerry seem to realize this. Terrorism is NEVER going to end, there will never be a victor in all of this. You cannot possibly kill every single terrorist in the world, and in trying to do so, you piss off a great amount of people which leads to (gasp!) MORE terrorism!
Why do I seem to be the only person to understand this? If winning is nothing but constant warfare and bloodshed, then I really don't want to see what the hell "losing" is.
Someone has to stop this madness.

1. absolutely
Wars of abstraction are not wars by defintion. And since you can't ever remove an abstract concept, the war on drugs and the war on terror are both unwinnable and should cease immediately.
