I was listening rather than watching 'n listening 2 squatter's voice waiver, stumble, stutter... I got up & walked N2 the other room to C what was going on. I half expected 2 C his eyes swollen and his face bloodied.

Whatever our opinion of Putin might be, would it really hurt our Misleader to refer to him as "Prime Minister Putin"?
a) people might know who he means, exactly b) it's a respectful reference to the leader of a major world power
Calling him Vladimir makes him sound like the guy who collects your garbage, or something.
