Faux did saturate colors - I think Kerry used a make-up trick

So, Lehrer and W were orange, but Kerry looked fine.

1. It may be why Kerry got the tan

He didn't look like he was wearing a lot of makeup last night, whereas shrub was caked with pancake makeup all over his face.

Everybody wears makeup for TV lights, but I don't think Kerry had to wear much foundation. His tan created the foundation he needed to look good on TV. Smart.

2. It could be Lehrer's/Shrub's Tan in a Can doesn't photograph well.

I can't imagine either of them spending much time outdoors. Unless it's a tailgate party in Texas. With free beer.
