Congratulations, John Kerry!!! But we must work hard.
Kerry did so well last night, I'm sure the attack machine is going to be working overtime now.

So we must work twice as hard to get John Kerry elected!

We can't let our guard down. We need to keep up the rapid response we had last night. We need to get out flyers and information, and most important, get out the vote!

Thank you, John! Thank you, everyone! :bounce:

2. I found it pretty good on ABC...but was kind of shocked when I went to
www.boston.com .

Overall, the headlines were positive. (One was, "Around the world, Kerry perceived as winner.") But here are a couple I saw that made me go "what!?!?":

President's armor undented

By H.D.S. Greenway | October 1, 2004

snip

I believe Senator Kerry's position on all the issues -- Iran, Iraq, North Korea, and the Sudan -- were superior to President Bush's, but my guess is that Bush came across as the strong leader he meant to project, and that Kerry did not manage to seriously dent his armor.

Political observers say both candidates performed well

By Yvonne Abraham, Globe Staff | October 1, 2004

There were no race-altering gaffes. No knockout punches. And none of those annoying stylistic ticks that can hijack a presidential debate.

All in all, I think it's clear to everyone who did better, despite how some will try to spin it.

3. Wonder how many repuq's are on drugs today
Or, are they in total denial (as evidenced on the spin shows). My hella-mighty, Tim Russert says its a draw? I'm either really ignorant about todays 'reality', or, Russert's been bought, or, I need some of the drugs these repuqs are taking, cause none of this makes too much sense otherwise.
