in my heavily republican neighborhood |

I dropped off my kids at school this morning and as I was riding my bike back I caught some of the conversation about the debate.
"he is what he is - you can't really expect better." "He was so busy this week visiting the hurricane damaged areas" "don't forget he normally goes to bed at 9pm so I'm sure he was tired."
I was laughing. What a difference from some of the comments I heard yesterday before the debates:
"* doesn't even need to show up - kerry will debate himself." "I'm only going to watch a little bit of the debate - to see * beat Kerry."
I live in hillsborough county Florida. lots of kool-aid drinkers here. Makes me feel good to know that my and my husband's votes will help keep their kids safer too. I can't wait until November 3rd - to see their faces when they realize * lost. What fun that will be.

If that isn't a recipe for someone who can't handle being president, I don't know what is.

So far im the only one in my development of about 200 houses to have a Kerry Edwards sign in my yard. I display it proudly. Makes me wonder if all these yuppies are voting Bush again and would sell their soul or the life of more young men for another tax cut. It was quite obvious that Bush has no plan in Iraq. Kerry delivered a clear choice of diplomacy in handling Iraq. Something Bush never has or will have. His greed will only continue to endanger American lives with his only tactic......gun barrel diplomacy. It sickens me to think that these people who live in my development own what is most Americans dream..........a nice house in a low theft area two vehicles, not to mention the luxury of lawn service. Just how greedy does one have to be????? I crawled to get where I am but it made me humble to those still climbing or may never obtain rising above to a better neighborhood. When is enough, enough????????? To most i guess when you can own his and hers HUM Vs and a Nanny for the kids. Im tired of these "SMELL ME PEOPLE"

Did someone forget to inform Chimpy that being President is usually considered a full-time job? I mean, he's never held one before. Maybe he should have gone into a work hardening program before he told Daddy he wanted to be president.
Oh, and thanks heaps Republicans, for letting the terrorists know that Stupidhead goes to bed by 9 p.m. All they have to do is wait until 10 or so, and then launch their next attack, because Mr. Sandman will have taken the leader of the free world down by then.

this morning I overheard two other truckers expressing fear that Kerry is going to win the election. I told the waitress loud enough for them to hear that I think republicans are all suffering from battered wife syndrome. She busted a gut laughing!!
