|
They are projecting their plans for the next debates, where all teh so called ordinary voters at the town hall must submit their questions for approval prior to the event - this should set the bush coward up for a great night of one-liners so the right wing can say he is back in control

2. If Bush didn't know THOSE questions were coming, he's an idiot. |
|
And if he has been president for almost four years a can't even master the facts and arguments about the ONE issue he has addressed during that time, then he shouldn't be president.

5. Furthermore, if Kerry got the questions in advance, he wouldn't lie to... |
|
...Americans about it.
Bush would. Kerry wouldn't.
In fact, it would be standard Republican BS to tell the lie that Bush got the questions in advance.

22. Indeed. It betrays an acknowledgment that Junior did SUCH A BAD JOB .. |
|
... that it was the equivalent of Kerry having the test answers in advance.
This is just another example of projection. Junior has all the earmarks of a college skater who perpetually had the test answers in advance or had others do the work. (The "hard work" of course.)

4. This is how the Republinazis |
|
are going to spin this.
Dumbshitya may not make this claim himself, but I imagine his surrogates will be sqwauking like parrots on crack with this "spin" talking point.
Pigboy Limbaugh will start this crap off by saying something like "It's been rumored that"
Then Ann Coulter (used to be a man) will chime in with "As you've heard..."
Then the RNC will come out with "As you know, certain sources are claiming"
Finally, the FREEPERS will come out saying "As we know, according to very well placed media sources, Kerry recieved the questions in advance"

12. There's more than one way to pass a test. |
|
(1) Your frat brothers have connections so they can get advance copies of important tests. Then they pay a nerd to figure out the right answers. Finally, you work real hard to memorize those answers--if cheat sheets aren't feasible.
(2) You attend class & take notes; ask the professor questions if you've got any. Read all the course material. Write a paper or two.
Which Yalie used which method to get through school?

Since Georgie's only experience with doing well is when he cheats, he thinks when somebody does well they must have cheated.
Some kind of projection of his own faults onto others.

Bush is a drunken screwup and these people are his pathetic enablers. They live in a sort of fantasy land spun by people who use them for their own purposes. Last night was a rare moment of reality for them and they're having trouble facing the real truth.
Bush is a wonderful, courageous man, decent and God-fearing in their La La land. In reality, he is a long-term failure with a terrible past that should have kept him far away from the White House. He was able to shrug off his dark history by being born again, but really he's the same person and it showed last night.

But the debate started with the moderator explaining that neither candidate had received the questions, and that the questioons were formed by him (the mod).

21. Frankly, it seemed a bit wierd to me too |
|
First couple of questions were tied together almost as if someone had read Kerry's mind about the answers.
Either he was predictable enough that they could take a wild guess or they had a choice of questions to ask depending on the answer.
Just seemed strange.

They volunteer for him. The father/husband is also an engineer that was appalled when the new overtime laws kicked in and he lost his OT.He just kept sobbing "I cant beleive that bu*h and the GOP sponsored such a thing". Then his wife said that she was going to talk to Duncan Hunter about it and get the real facts. Ha Ha ha! Hopeless Kool Aid drinkers.

28. Kerry had an answer for every possible question that could be asked. |
|
Edited on Fri Oct-01-04 03:23 PM by Mountainman
It seems to me that if you are going to debate someone on a specific subject you would have your allies come up with every possible question on the subject so you could be prepared to answer them. This is what I think Kerry did.
Bush's handlers, on the other hand, had him memorize the campaign slogans and when to use them. He was not prepared to answer all the questions.
Like they said on MSNBC, he had 30 minutes of material for a 90 minute debate.
He reminds me of those dolls with a string you pull and they say something. After about five or six phrases they start over again.

disparaging comment anyone made about bu*h. I think that they watched the debates at Duncan Hunter's headqurters, which is not far from where I work. Old Duncan had a team of spinners there telling the sheeple just how to respond to bu*h's horrid performance.
