Word Salad

Definition: words combined in a way that has no meaning.

This is an actual medical term used to describe the speech of schizophrenics; seems appropriate to use it to describe shrub's performance in the debate last night.
He did appear confused, befuddled and not in touch with reality. :evilgrin:
