I went out for lunch and saw a fat f**k in convertible jaguar with Bush-Cheny 04 bumper sticker being given a ticket by one of the cops directing traffic around the WOrld Bank building!! Gotta love it!

4. I protested Colin Powell in Atlanta today

It was awesome. I was the only one there - hummed All by Myself...to myself.

I know he read my sign (blown up to be huge on my company's architectural printer)because he pointed to it and his aides turned and looked my way. It read:

Where is your honor, sir?

Your job is not worth losing American lives.

You lied to us.
You let us down!!!


And two reporters came up to me afterwards for comments and pics.

10. It was so spur of the moment

I posted in the Georgia forum as soon as I learned about it at 9:45am.
I put the word out through several groups that I volunteer with and I hoped others would hear and show up, but alas it's hard to get off work and stuff like that. The only reason I was able to do it is because I work directly next door to the building he was giving the speech in.

But I stood up for all us DUers! I made our presence known. And I know he read it because he pointed at me. I hope he thinks about it.
